Walnut Projects

As a result of Grower Meetings held by Gunns Plantations Ltd (ABN 36 091 232 209, AFSL No. 238 701) on 2nd June 2011 for the following managed investment schemes:

Gunns Plantations Limited Walnut Project No. 1 (ARSN 119 514 724)
Gunns Plantations Ltd Walnut Project No. 2 (ARSN 125 191 531), and
Gunns Plantations Ltd Walnut Project No 3 (ARSN 136 845 022),
(the “Schemes”).

the Responsible Entity for the above Schemes has been transferred to AGW Funds Mangement Ltd (ABN 149 301 299, AFSL No. 400776) as of 3rd June 2011.
